Salary
$20.61 per hour with a shift differential of $1.00 for 2nd shift and $1.25 for 3rd shift.
Shift
Only candidates who are flexible and available to work any shift will be considered. This will include overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift only. No 1st shift available.
The first 2 weeks of orientation will be on 1st shift (7 am‑3 pm), and you will be assigned your 2nd or 3rd shift after orientation.
Shift Hours
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (starts Sunday night)
All candidates considered must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

What You Will Do
Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment.
Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud/noisy, industrial, high‑volume environment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Continuous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military environment OR completion of post‑high‑school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered program.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry.
