Overview Dynamic Engineering offers 52 years of precision machining experience and seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to join our modern facility, work with cutting‑edge technology, and contribute to quality‑centric projects.
Hours
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday (option to leave at 12:00 PM on Fridays).
Approximately 5 hours overtime per week; additional overtime is available.

What You’ll Do
Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision of finished parts.
Make adjustments and fine‑tune machine settings for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
Collaborate with teammates to optimize efficiency and productivity.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and materials.
Experience with CNC programming and operating various CNC machines.
Excellent attention to detail and consistent production of high‑quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills.
