Basic Function:
The Assembler I position assembles and subassemblies complex catheter-based medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.
Location:
Must be able to work at our Burnsville location
Compensation:
The expected wage for this Minnesota-based position is between $18-$22 an hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits).
Responsibilities
Assembles parts by following manufacturing processes.
Communicates assembly issues to production leader.
Maintains clean and effective work area.
Ensures all FDA, GMP, ISO and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
0-2 years of manufacturing experience performing hand assembly of complex medical devices in a clean environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in high-demand situations.
Dependable and responsible for showing up to work for scheduled shifts.
