This position is responsible for performing various duties on a construction site as directed by site leadership. Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties such as spotting trucks, using hand tools (shovel, rake, post‑hole digger, etc.), installing silt fence and using small equipment Sweep and mop trailer floor, clean work area and wash trucks Flag vehicles in and out of the construction site Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required Minimum one‑year experience working in a construction or similar environment preferred General knowledge of construction and mechanical equipment preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Environment & Conditions
This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand for extended periods of time Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be subject to loud noises Be subject to atmospheric conditions – fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation This position requires working in the internal and external environment Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to work under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment Seniority level
