Join our team as a Machine Operator working in a dynamic, sustainable environment at Cascades.
Benefits
Starting pay: $26.05 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (6 days on, 2 off or 4 days on, 4 off). Shifts include nights; training on days.

Roles & Responsibilities
Active participation in safety and housekeeping improvements in all work areas.
Forklift and clamp truck operations.
Set up winch and slitters.
Operation of overhead cranes.
Wrap station operation.
Parent roll handling (e.g., roll tags, locations, wrapping of parent rolls).
Work in a team environment with the other third-hand member.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous production experience with rotating shifts (preferred).
Results-driven individual who challenges the status quo.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Team member who demonstrates leadership, builds strong relationships, and collaborates while embracing our values and ethics.
