About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Cardiac Mapping Specialist

to join our clinical field team in Westchester, NY. This role will support the deployment and optimization of cutting‑edge cardiac mapping technology used in electrophysiology (EP) labs across the region. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with cardiac mapping systems and a strong understanding of cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on‑site clinical support during EP procedures, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of our proprietary cardiac mapping software.

Train physicians, EP lab staff, and clinical partners on system setup, operation, and best practices.

Deliver ongoing technical and clinical support post‑implementation to drive clinical adoption and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide field insights and feedback to influence future software enhancements.

Assist in troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and case preparation planning.

Maintain detailed records of case support, customer interactions, and product performance.

Represent the company with professionalism during all customer engagements, conferences, and training sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in cardiac electrophysiology support (EP mapping specialist, EP lab nurse/tech, or related role).

Experience with cardiac mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia, etc.) required.

CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) experience or background strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field (e.g., Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent clinical experience.

Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmias, and EP lab workflows.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to travel within the Westchester region and surrounding territory as needed.
