Equipment Engineering Technician, CMP
Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement to semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems. Engage multidisciplinary aspects – electrical, electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics – and interface with Equipment Engineers, Area Managers, Procurement, and Operations to identify and resolve equipment issues supporting production. Improve reliability, cost savings, and safety. Maintain and support tool sets in the Implant area (Axcelis, Hi Current, GSD 200, Mid Current 8250, Hi Energy GSD He, and Hi Current Purion implanters).

Passionate about fixing and improving electrical/electronic or mechanical systems

Self‑motivated and a self‑starter
Job Requirements
2‑year degree or equivalent preferred with at least 3 years of equipment experience; experience with Axcelis GSD, Purion, and 8250 preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office products and various OS platforms.
Understand consumable and non‑consumable parts costs and seek ways to reduce costs without affecting tool or product performance.
Advanced knowledge of SPC and its implementation in a manufacturing environment.
