What You’ll Do

Set up and operate advanced welding equipment

Perform high-quality work that meets strict standards

Inspect your finished welds for accuracy and quality

Follow all safety procedures—this is a safety-sensitive role

Work with other departments to keep jobs moving efficiently

Participate in improving processes, weld procedures, and overall quality

Complete all assigned work on time and keep accurate production records

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong work ethic, solid welding skills, and the ability to stay focused and dependable.

Must-Have Requirements:

Ability to pass an open root 3G MIG/Fluxcore fill & cap test AND a 6G TIG root with flux fill & cap on 2" schedule 160 pipe

At least 2 years of pipe welding experience (TIG required)

Ability to obtain

AWS/ANSI weld certifications

Strong understanding of

volts, amps, and machine adjustment

Ability to read

blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders

Intermediate math and ability to read a tape measure

Safety knowledge
