Join Orkin as a Pro (Termite Pro). Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour.

Responsibilities

Follow a daily assigned route within your territory

Prepare and install services such as: attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers

Complete all required service‑related documentation

Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride

Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces

Operate a company vehicle safely

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions

Perform duties in all weather conditions

What You’ll Earn

Pay of $19 to $21 hourly

Qualifications

No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments and interact with our great customers

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws

Physical Work Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator

Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
