We are seeking a
Temporary Assembler
to support production growth at our Pullman, WA site. The role requires process improvement skills, manual dexterity, and technical aptitude.
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $19.00/hr (Total pay range for the role is $16.75-$20.95; offers typically in the $17.50–$19.00 range).
Job Duration & Schedule Duration: Three months (potential to extend). Working Hours: 7 am‑4:30 pm Mon–Thu, 7 am‑11 am Fri (overtime optional on Fridays).
Responsibilities
Work within a team environment to accomplish daily production goals.
Build world‑class scientific instruments.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and department supervisors.
Follow instructions independently.
Show willingness to learn new skills.
Necessary Qualifications
Reliable team member: arrives on time, maintains dependable work schedule.
Demonstrated assembly ability via assessment during application.
Located within commutable distance to Pullman, WA, legal right to work in the U.S.
Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
Professional and responsible.
Positive attitude.
Proficient written & oral communication.
Strong references required.
Background check satisfactory to METER.
Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical assembly and soldering experience.
Assembly or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
