In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by maintaining and repairing various machinery and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively. Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they occur. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. You should be proficient in: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Hydraulics Experience Electrical Installation Electrical Troubleshooting Electrical Repair Conduit Pulling Pneumatics Troubleshooting Maintenance and Repair Skills Conduit Bending Industrial Electrical Experience Machines & technologies you'll use: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) HMI Salary info: $35 - $38 / hr
