Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct automotive preventative maintenance Learn how to complete basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements Demonstrate excellent guest service, clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations Adhere to company policy on vehicle care and operation Perform manual tasks for extended periods of time including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, squatting Shift Information
Stores open 7 days a week, may include weekends and some holidays. Qualifications
Valid driver's license, at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or previous formal automotive training Application Process
