EHC is currently looking for a

Finishing Operator

for a client located in the Charlotte, NC area.

Hours:

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

JOB SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for threading, grooving, and beveling material that meets industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Machine operation “groover” machine

Grooving pipe for 8 hours

Runs pipe through machine – pipe is either 20’ or 40’ in length

Pipe is fed into machine from a nearby rack

Assist other team members when time allows

Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 lbs. of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects

Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions – heat, cold, rain
