Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Night Shift (Wyoming Bakery)
Join our team at Wyoming Bakery as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician on the night shift. This on‑site role follows a two‑week rotating schedule of 12‑hour shifts (5:45 PM–6:00 AM). Training begins on the first shift for the initial 60–90 days.
Compensation
Hourly pay: $40.89
Retention bonus: $2,500
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain equipment and amplify PLC knowledge—alternate between troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and on‑the‑spot machine repair, focusing on PLCs.
Analyze conditions and provide solutions—identify and examine equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and repair electrical and mechanical systems using PLC programming.
Prioritize innovation and communication—seek ways to improve plant efficiency, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain open communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.
We’re Looking for Someone With
High school diploma or GED.
State or local electrical license or journey card (or will have one at time of hire).
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated knowledge of behavior‑based safety systems.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and undertake repetitive tasks throughout the day; can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
PLC experience.
