What You Will Be Doing
Be responsible for troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Ensure the inside and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
Respond to maintenance tickets.
Follow up with residents and office staff on job status.
Work in an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility.
Benefits Of Employment
Pay range: $23.00–$26.00 /hr.
Up to 50% rent discount.
Property staff shared renewal commissions – paid monthly.

On‑call appreciation: $15/day for holding the on‑call phone.

What We’ll Expect From You
Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED, one year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
