Assist attorneys and Paralegals with managing case files, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are organized. Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including motions, correspondence, and pleadings. Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress. Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, ensuring calendars are up to date. Conduct light research and gather necessary case information as directed. Provide general administrative support to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Billing for your time working on files. Qualifications

Self-starter able to pivot quickly between tasks and anticipate what’s needed next. Compassionate Communicator:

You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively with people under stress. Spanish Speaking a Plus Proven experience as a Legal Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software experience with Clio is a plus, along with being technically savvy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures in criminal and family law. Federal experience is a plus and will set you apart from other candidates. High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal certifications are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
