Responsibilities
Working with automobile, premises, and products liability cases.
Requesting and cataloging medical records.
Responding to discovery demands.
Reviewing and summarizing medical records.
Conducting investigations.
Assisting attorneys in organizing files and trial preparation.
Qualifications
4+ years of litigation experience is preferred.
Well-organized.
Have an interest in insurance law.
Excellent legal research skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
A self-starter.
