Immigration Paralegal

Our fast-growing immigration law firm is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Paralegal to join our team as an independent contractor. This position is a fully remote position.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US immigration law and a proven track record of handling a wide range of cases, including family based cases, investment-related visas, business expansion visas, extraordinary ability visas, performance visas, employment-based green cards, TN visas for Canadians, temporary stay visas (DS-160), citizenship cases, and asylum cases. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and file various immigration forms and petitions with USCIS, DOS, and other government agencies Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents, and provide updates on case progress Research and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support during client meetings and interviews Utilize case management software (Docketwise) and customer support platform (Zendesk) to streamline processes and enhance client experience Requirements: Experience as a paralegal in a similar role Experience handling immigration cases Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client service Previous experience working with Zendesk and Docketwise is a plus We offer: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Flexible work schedule and remote work opportunities Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of immigration professionals Exposure to a wide variety of challenging and rewarding immigration cases If you are passionate about immigration law and helping clients navigate the complex immigration process, we encourage you to apply.
