What You’ll Do:
VRF/VRV installation, maintenance, and repair – factory trained on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.
Service & maintain HVAC systems – chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps.
Diagnose & troubleshoot issues – provide solutions and communicate with customers.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service.
Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
Mentor and guide less‑experienced technicians.
What You Bring:
5-7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
Strong understanding of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC systems.
Universal EPA Certification.
Leadership skills & a team‑first mindset.
