H & R Healthcare, a leading Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a dedicated Driver/DME Delivery and Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on equipment management, delivery services, and customer care based out of our Oakland Park, FL warehouse and through surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, set up, retrieve, and service medical equipment in facilities and private homes
Ensure safe handling and transport of inventory
Maintain and clean medical equipment
Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
Educate clients on proper equipment use and care
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift and handle heavy medical equipment
Knowledge of equipment usage and maintenance (preferred)
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately
Flexible schedule – willingness to be on-call, work overtime and weekends as needed
