Morning Baker

Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for a baker to join our strong team. We are located on 3555 India Street. We are an authentic French Bakery and Pastry Company. We make absolutely everything from scratch and fresh everyday.

Our ideal candidate is not necessarily someone with lots of professional experience. However, we are looking for someone dynamic, passionate, driven to learn and looking to self develop.

We do have opportunity to grow within the company.

Full Time:

Shifts from 9am to 5:30pm

2 days off in a row

Fixed schedule

Pay based on experience

Responsibilities

Assisting in the croissant and bread production department

Proof all croissants types and bake them

Follow recipes

Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed

Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Attention to detail in all aspects of baking

Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
