Key Responsibilities (a.k.a. What You'll Be Doing) Food Service: Prepare and serve food with a smile. Provide excellent guest service while keeping the work area clean and following all food safety guidelines. Ride/Arcade Attendant: Manage rides or assist guests in the arcade, ensuring everything is running smoothly, safely, and with lots of energy! Engage with Guests: Make eye contact, say hello, smile, and help guests enjoy their experience at Calypso's Cove. Work with the Team: Collaborate with fellow team members to make every day a fun, positive experience for everyone.
What We Expect from You Smile & Make Eye Contact: This one's simple—treat our guests the way you would want to be treated. Greet them with a friendly smile, offer great service, and thank them for spending their day with us! Positive Attitude: Bring a "can-do" mindset. We love team members who find ways to make good guest service great! Mind Your Appearance: A clean, well-groomed appearance is essential. We all take pride in how we present ourselves, and it's part of the job! Team Player: Whether you're helping a guest or assisting a teammate, you're always ready to pitch in. Consistency and dependability help make the whole team stronger.
Transportation & Age Requirements Transportation: The schedule at Calypso's Cove doesn't align with the Herkimer/Lewis County Bus Schedule, so please plan your commute accordingly. Age Requirements: We prefer team members to be 18 or older, though some positions may have flexibility based on experience.
