Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our beautiful 252-unit apartment community in Tallahassee! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
Assistant Community Manager experience is required.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work one to two Saturdays per month with an alternative day off during the week.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Required License or Certification:
Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
