Lead Carpenter for Residential Design/Build company
Sun Design, an architectural design-build remodeler, has been transforming homes in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area since 1988. Sun’s sparkling reputation has been built on reinventing homes through the creative use of light and space, working closely with clients, with minimal impact on busy lives. Our ultimate goal is to create spaces that are not only award-winning in their beauty, but that dramatically enhance the quality of life today and in the years to come.
We are looking for dependable Lead Carpenters who are great at problem solving and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidates require minimal supervision to run their own jobs - including scheduling trades, working with the designers to solve problems, sharing schedule with the client, etc.
Our Lead Carpenters work four 10 hour days per week to allow for Friday's off.
