Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman near Muskogee or Tulsa, OK to manage and lead a crew of construction workers on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in utility installation and maintenance. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.# **Responsibilities*** Manage and lead a crew of construction workers, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress* Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.)* Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality* Ensure that all crew members comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards* Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget* Manage project resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively* Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects* Other duties as assigned# **Qualifications*** Minimum 4+ years of experience in utility construction, with experience in a leadership role* Must be in or near the Muskogee, OK or Tulsa, OK area* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training preferred* Strong knowledge of underground utility installation and related equipment.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement* Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plusEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
