Overview
The
Laundry Maintenance Technician
is responsible for executing daily work orders and service calls, and keeping accurate log of routine and preventative maintenance performed on Laundry infrastructures and all machines. Must possess working knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general maintenance. Responsibilities
Help as needed in process areas
Perform boiler room water chemical testing and document daily
Water softener care and maintenance
Compressor Care and maintenance
General laundry building maintenance
All steam equipment repair and maintenance
Preventative maintenance on plant equipmentSnow removal
Keep accurate preventative maintenance records
Infrastructure maintenance
Rail inspection and maintenance
Keep accurate parts list and inventory on hand
Qualifications Judgment
Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hours: will be from 1:30 to 10:00 pm Monday thur Friday and every third Saturday.
Need to be able to read and understand blue prints and electrical drawings.
Needs to be a team player
