Night Shift Machine Operator (2nd Shift and 3rd Shift) Haynes Wire specializes in a metalworking process that reduces the cross-section of wire by pulling it through a single, or series of, drawing die(s).

What you will do:

Reduce the diameter of wire by skillfully adjusting machines to pull the wire through a series of holes (or dies)

Set up and operate large industrial machines

Operate hoists, pulleys and various other hand tools

Read and understand production orders

What we expect of Machine Operators:

At least one-year experience within a manufacturing facility

Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Attention to detail and ability to check your own work for accuracy

Basic computer knowledge

Good work ethic and attendance

Benefits & Pay:

Starting pay is $21.80-$23.00 hourly. With good performance, additional pay increases occur within 3 months and at 1 year

401(k) program with up to a 8% company match

In addition to vacation pay, all eligible full-time employees receive 12 paid Holidays, including 5 days the week of Christmas.

Shift premium pay
