6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Monday through Friday. Pin Machine Operators at Flexco have a labor grade of GR8 and have a starting compensation of $19.00 or more, depending on skills, education and experience. All internal Flexco employees must be in good standing and inform their current manager before applying. Pin Machine Operator Location:

Pin Purpose:
Operating all machines and functions with the Pin Department What you will need: High School Degree or equivalent. Experience using hand and small power tools. 0-2 years of experience in machine shop or assembly. The ability to:
Lift 50 lbs. floor to waist occasionally. Stand all day. Reach less than 18 inches from midline both directions.
Technical Assistance is readily available for assigned work What you will be doing: Processing all incoming pin orders accurately and on a timely basis. Operating and maintaining all machines and equipment in the pin department Inspecting parts and maintain quality control standards. Writing out tags for all orders. Planning and execute small projects Ensuring accuracy and schedule of independent work Participating in Continuous Improvement and Suggestion System as required.
