Industrial Mechanic

to be the backbone of our high‑tech foundry in

Dayton, NJ ! This dual‑threat role is critical for minimizing downtime and maximizing production. You will be responsible for the rapid diagnosis and repair of complex electrical systems (PLCs, VFDs, motors) and mechanical equipment (hydraulics, gearboxes, conveyors). Your proactive maintenance expertise is essential. We need a safety-minded professional committed to LOTO and operational excellence. ⚡ What You’ll Do:

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and control panels

Perform mechanical repairs on plant equipment, conveyors, and machinery

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Assist in upgrades and new equipment installations

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required

Technical training or additional education preferred

Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience is a must.

Proven experience as an industrial electrician and mechanic, ideally in a foundry or manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, and mechanical systems

Extensive understanding of three‑phase electrical systems and control theory

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certification or licensing as an electrician is preferred

Forklift certification is preferred

Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts

Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods

Use of hand tools and electrical testing equipment
