is hiring a full‑time Finish Carpenter to help efficiently build our customized vessels. The interior crew is a small, highly motivated group that strives for perfection. They focus on producing quality products while being mindful of time and materials. In this role you will fabricate, assemble, and install the vessel’s interior to AAM standards, including walls, cabinets, flooring, seating, bunk rooms, headliners, windows, doors, helm stations, and insulation, using state‑of‑the‑art materials and processes.

Typical schedule:

Monday‑Thursday, 6am‑4:30pm plus overtime as needed. Enjoy an environment with great culture, great hours, and great people, weekends off, and fascinating projects.

Compensation and benefits depend on experience:

About All American Marine:

All American Marine began operations over 30 years ago building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska. We now manufacture energy‑efficient, high‑speed large custom vessels for whale watching, research, patrol, and passenger ferries.

Qualifications

Carpentry experience

Skilled usage of hand and power tools

Strong wood fabrication skills

Eagerness to learn

Physical ability to work at heights and tight spaces

Strong work ethic

Good communication and relational skills
