Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
Diagnose service issues, obtain and install replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer recommendations, and explain repairs to customers.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
Enter call resolutions using company software.
Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to respond to emergency service calls.
Maintain cordial and collaborative relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
Participate in company and vendor‑provided training.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Universal EPA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
KY Journeyman license
HVAC certification from an accredited program
3–5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service and repair experience
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
