Install, service and maintain access control devices and electrified door hardware. Install, service and maintain various cameras. Install, service and maintain cable pathway systems supporting security and network systems. Maintain company-owned equipment. Work in a team environment with other service team members. Observe all safety rules and best practices. Perform other duties as required. Demonstrate willingness to learn and work well within a team. Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in physical security, IT, or electronics. Experience configuring access control and surveillance systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Minimum age 21 to operate company vehicles. Successful background check and drug screen. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Read and use measuring tape, level, and other required tools. Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal communication. Desire to learn the industry served by C&B. Flexible schedule – willing to work nights, weekends, and overnight. Comfortable with heights (ladder, aerial lift). Professional appearance. Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking. Excellent written and verbal skills for understanding detailed instructions. Physical Demands
This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. Employees spend more than two-thirds of time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, handling or feeling with hands, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication. Frequent lifting and moving materials weighing 25-50 pounds is required. Work Environment
The role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to various environmental conditions, including outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of construction or warehouse environments. Qualification Requirements
