QPS Employment Group has a great Embroidery Machine Operator position available at a company in Bridgeton, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high‑quality designs on various textiles.
Prepare machines by loading fabrics, selecting thread colors, and setting machine parameters.
Monitor ongoing production runs to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience operating embroidery or sewing machines preferred.
Strong attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently within production deadlines.
Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus.
