1st Shift works 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 Hours.

2nd Shift works 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 Hours. $1.50 Shift Differential.

Weekend Shift works 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with some OT the following week. Minimum 36 Hours. Shift Differential: 20%.

Our various openings can be in Pre-Fabrication, Heavy Assembly and Fabrication – all which require:

Experience following detailed blueprints

Proficiency with hand tools

A strong track record of success in highly detailed work environments

Responsibilities

Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.

Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.

Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.

Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge.

Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.

All other duties as assigned and needed by the organization.

Requirements

A minimum of years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.

Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills.

Fine-tuned communication skills.

Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.

High School Diploma or GED desired.

Physical Requirements The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
