to join our team.
Shift & Compensation
Shift:
1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hourly Wage:
$21.00 - $27.00 depending on experience
Shift Premium:
2nd shift 15%, 3rd shift 20%
Job Summary As an
Experienced CNC Operator , you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes setting up, loading, and operating various CNC production machinery and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to set up and operate production equipment such as mills and lathes.
Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality, quantity, and customer standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols.
Assist with troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on production machinery as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with prior hands‑on, vocational, or job‑related coursework/training, or any similar combination of education and experience.
2+ years of combined formal training and experience, or equivalent.
Experience with (insert the department and/or type(s) of machines) or similar equipment.
Strong basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T.
Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs.
Preferred
Experience with (insert the department and/or type(s) of machines) or similar equipment.
Previous experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
This role is performed in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
