Responsibilities
Measures for products at customer homes
Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms
Order and track repair / installation services
Assist Management reporting and communication, as requested
Interact with homeowners to service their home‑improvement needs
Safely perform all aspects of job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred, construction trade school a plus
3 to 5 years in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing & window installation
Experience in the use of a brake and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Math skills including using a tape measure and angles
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
