Pay:
$80,000–$100,000 annually.
Earning potential over $100,000/year based on performance.

Responsibilities
Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
Lead each installation with the support of an assigned helper, operating with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Comfortable leading installs with an assigned helper
Working knowledge of local inspection codes
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must pass background check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
