We are hiring Installer – Construction General Laborers for our award‑winning team in

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Contribute to a high‑performance team and win together
Work until it’s done right; perform tasks with precision
Build open and honest relationships through communication

Deliver quality service; protect, repair, and improve customers’ homes
Organize, carry, and load heavy job materials (up to 50 lb), set‑up and clean‑up tasks
Dig and back‑fill trenches and holes
Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around foundations
Work exposed to outdoor elements—heat, cold, rain, etc.
Qualifications
Previous construction industry experience
Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license (required for promotion)
Ability to lift up to 22 kg and stand/ walk for long periods of time
Capacity for strenuous labor under adverse conditions
Knowledge of trade‑specific tools and correct equipment use
Ability to foster a positive team environment and uphold safety, anti‑bullying, harassment, and discrimination policies
Professionalism, integrity, and respect for colleagues and customers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule & Training
