Carpenter Remodeler – Kitchens
Appleton / Green Bay area – Kitchen Tune‑Up Franchise System – Full‑time.
We are looking for a hard‑working Kitchen Remodeler who is willing to learn and consistently produce quality work. This is a full‑time position with regular business hours; no weekend work. We provide comprehensive training, a company vehicle and quality tools, and a clear advancement track. You will host excellent craftsmanship to transform customers’ kitchens using our 5 Trustpoints and Core Services.

Compensation $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
Duties & Responsibilities
Arrive to job site on time in logo‑d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
Follow instructions from the project manager in a safe, efficient, and high‑quality manner.
Follow Kitchen Tune‑Up Trustpoints on every job.
Keep work area clean and orderly; clean up daily.
Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
Work quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Stellar work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Ability to travel within the Northeastern and Central Wisconsin area; driving to job sites from work arrival is paid.
Professional & friendly interaction with customers.
Personal pride in completing the job well the first time.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no physical limitations to perform required tasks.
Background check clearance.
Preferred (Not Required) – Training Provided
Prior cabinet experience.
Experience cutting moldings.
Ability to install crown molding.
Ability to drill for hinges.
Ability to install doors and drawer fronts.
Ability to install roll‑out trays in cabinets.
Safe operation of power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, powered nail gun).
