Carpenter - Casa Health Care
Casa Health Care is seeking an experienced
Carpenter
to support maintenance and repair needs across our healthcare campuses. This role helps ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
Complete carpentry repairs and installations (doors, cabinets, flooring, handrails, furniture)
Assist with general maintenance: drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical
Respond to work orders and urgent maintenance requests
Inspect and repair structures and fixtures to meet safety standards
Follow all OSHA, state, and Casa Health Care compliance guidelines
Work collaboratively with maintenance leadership to prioritize projects
Requirements
Experience in carpentry or facility maintenance required
Knowledge of building codes and safe work practices
Ability to use hand and power tools
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification a plus)
