Heating & Cooling Service Technician

Haven Services/JonLe Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Heating & Cooling Service Technician to join our award-winning team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional work, solving complex HVAC issues, and providing outstanding customer service we want to talk to you!
Whether you have 5+ years of experience or you're still building your skills with less than 5 years in the field we encourage you to apply.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
Service and repair forced warm air furnaces, low-pressure boilers, hydronic heating systems, and central air conditioning
Apply broad technical knowledge of environmental control systems
Use strong electrical troubleshooting skills across residential and commercial systems
Deliver professional, timely, and friendly service to all customers
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of credible HVAC service technician experience
Strong electrical background
EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to pass:
Criminal background check
Motor vehicle check
Drug screening
