This position is located in Charlotte, NC. We are currently seeking a skilled Transmission Builder to join our team. As a Transmission Builder, you will be responsible for assembling high‑performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 transmissions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Total safety awareness
TSI builds two types of transmissions:
Powerglide Transmissions
Turbo 400 Transmissions

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience building transmissions
Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
The role requires strong communication skills, constructive feedback, and teamwork to create a positive work environment.
Excellent time management skills, passion for quality and continuous improvement and the ability to achieve production objectives.
