Shape reliable production from day oneAt Greif, your ideas aren’t just heard — they’re put to work. Join us and make an immediate impact in a collaborative, safety-first environment.Req ID: 032545 (Maintenance Technician — Open)A day in this roleYou arrive to a clean, organized plant floor where safety is the first conversation. Your shift begins by reviewing preventive maintenance schedules and scanning equipment health dashboards. Before lunch, you’ve completed PMs on key systems, diagnosed a PLC I/O fault, and replaced a worn hydraulic seal. In the afternoon, you interpret an electrical schematic to trace a 480V issue, take precision measurements to verify tolerances, and document your work so the next tech picks up right where you left off. Along the way, you share a Kaizen idea that streamlines a routine repair — because Operational Excellence and Lean are part of how you work.
