Role Overview Bringing Home the Dough – ensures proper slicing, handling, and packaging of product in accordance with quality and schedule standards. The position requires competency in all on‑the‑job activities that may impact product safety, legality, or quality.
Responsibilities
Set up machinery and make adjustments to accommodate each product according to standards.
Ensure correct product coding and/or labeling of each item.
Verify that product meets quality and packaging standards prior to shipping.
Replenish wrap/packaging supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Practice and comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
Carry out duties deemed integral to the job by management, including adherence to work schedules and attendance policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Six months or more related production experience.
Essential Job Requirements
No educational prerequisite; must be able to read, comprehend, and record necessary information.
