Responsibilities
Immediate Hire
Friendly Work Environment
DOT physical and Fit for Duty exam required.
Strong knowledge of safety practices, mechanical inspection tools, and supply management.
Demonstrated technical understanding, attention to detail, and dependability.
Effective verbal communication and documentation skills.
Experience with inventory control and maintaining accurate records.
Must provide a basic set of hand tools.
Assess vehicle condition, identify worn or damaged parts, and conduct necessary tests.
Execute scheduled maintenance, install upgrades, control corrosion, and complete winterization procedures.
Disassemble, repair, adjust, and replace major assemblies and systems (powertrain, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, steering, emissions, etc.).
Conduct test drives and fine‑tune vehicle controls and systems.
Meet federal, state, and OEM standards for safety and performance.
Document services and repairs in fleet management software.
Qualifications
