Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years of roofing and solar experience

NABCEP certification (preferred but not required)

Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and safety procedures

Familiarity with solar equipment (racking systems, inverters, wiring, etc.)

Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities Roofing Duties:

Inspect, repair, and maintain roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs, etc.)

Knowledge of exterior construction (siding, gutters, window capping, etc)

Identify and report damage or deficiencies in existing roofs

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on existing solar systems

Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing around roof penetrations

Familiarity with various roof top mounted solar systems

Basic understanding of solar

General:

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols

Work from ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops safely

Maintain accurate records of work completed (photos, reports, checklists)

Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers

Experience • Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of work experience
