Machine Operator I
Pay: $17.25 per hour + 5% Shift Differential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm Join MME Group and be part of a team that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork! We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual to operate injection-molding machines and assemble products that meet our high customer standards.
Position Overview:
As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating one or more machines to mold thermoplastic materials and assemble components according to customer specifications. Your focus will be on producing high-quality products efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting MME Group’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate injection-molding machines and cycle them per job requirements
Remove molded parts and scrap material from the machine
Assemble products following detailed work instructions
Perform visual or dimensional quality inspections on molded parts
Ensure packaging meets the required packing plan and labeling accuracy
Complete daily production documentation and reports
Notify supervisors promptly of product defects or equipment concerns
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and machinery
Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe workplace

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization and identification to work in the U.S.
Experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding preferred
Experience working in a clean room environment preferred
Ability to read and understand production instructions and safety protocols
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division using whole numbers and decimals)
Ability to occasionally lift to 30 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
Comfortable with walking and stair climbing within the facility
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
