Job Description As an HVAC / Building Automation Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will lead and manage our HVAC field service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers. Your expertise in controls will be essential in optimizing field service operations and driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to the Field Service Manager and work out of the Oklahoma City, OK location on a Honeywell site.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to optimize HVAC field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians, particularly in HVAC controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, with occasional travel to Honeywell sites outside of the home base area.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within HVAC field service management.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and controls engineering principles.
Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic tools and controls software.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
