Production Carpenter (Concrete Form Builder) (Construction)

We are seeking a Production Carpenter (Concrete Form Setter) for County Materials in Green Bay, WI.
This position involves a series of tasks and demands pertaining to the manufacturing of concrete pipe box structures.
Starting Wage: $23.00+/hour based on qualifications/skills.
Job Duties
Build, form, and cast concrete structures according to product design instructions
Operate overhead cranes, place mold sections and aluminum box forms, and place reinforcement according to design
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required
Work Environment
Work in indoor conditions
Work near moving machinery and equipment
Work in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements
Carrying / lifting 1040 lbs frequently
Carrying / lifting over 40 lbs occasionally
Standing, walking, climbing
Squatting, crouching, kneeling, bending
Pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulder
Experience & Qualifications
Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and measuring devices
Ability to follow product design instructions and manufacturing specifications
Heavy equipment operation experience required
Tucker Truck experience is a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Safety‑mindful when performing tasks
Ability and willingness to learn
Experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role desired
