Salary Range: $25.00 – $34.00 hourly.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Machining:

Operate advanced 5‑Axis machines to produce high‑tolerance aerospace components that meet our exacting standards.

Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise hole placements, depths, and diameters, maintaining tight tolerances.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough inspections during and after machining to ensure adherence to specifications, maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Efficiency and Multitasking:

Maximize productivity by running multiple machines when required, while maintaining attention to detail and organization.

Continuous Improvement:

Broaden your skill set by cross‑training on various machines and processes, contributing to our team’s overall effectiveness.

Safety Compliance:

Uphold safety protocols by wearing proper PPE at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by assisting and supporting colleagues as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

Track estimated versus actual hours spent on jobs to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Willingness to work overtime when necessary, although overtime is not mandatory.

Return all company tools to their designated locations after use to maintain organization and efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of CNC machining experience.

Proficiency in basic math skills and ability to interpret blueprints and set‑up documents accurately.

Working knowledge of G‑Codes and ability to edit programs as needed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to use hand and power tools, and operate computer software including Microsoft Office products.

Experience with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and scales.

Familiarity with hoist and forklift operation, and capability for large set‑ups using cranes.

Schedule We currently offer two shifts: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm or Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:30 am. Second shift employees enjoy a 15% shift differential.
